The CQ (Compatibility Quotient) measures how well-matched two people are in a relationship. It looks at 25 issues relating to attitudes, values and behaviours that are the cause of relationship breakdowns.   • Couples sharing the same view on sexual fidelity are 5 times as likely to be happy as couples with different views on this issue
  • Couples who enjoy the same type of TV programmes are almost 3 1⁄2 times as likely to be happy as those who disagree over TV viewing
  • Women married to men who share the same view on pornography as themselves are 8 times more likely to express happiness with their marriage
  • Men’s satisfaction does not appear to be affected by whether or not their wife has similar attitudes towards pornography.
